On June 18, 2021 the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved the settlement of the class proceeding styled Loewenthal v. Sirius XM Canada Inc. and dismissed the action. A copy of the Order approving the settlement and dismissing the action can be found here. Class counsel’s motion for approval of their fees and disbursements and honoraria for the representative plaintiffs will be heard by videoconference at 11 am ET on September 20, 2021.
